Tent, Table & Chair Rental Policy for Golf Events

Reservation and Rental Details

• The tent rental fee for golf events is $150.
• The table rental fee for golf events is $100. This comes with 4- 6ft folding tables.
• The chart rental fee for golf events is $50. This comes with 8 folding chairs.
• Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event date to secure availability.
• Payment is due upon reservation to confirm the rental.

Delivery, Setup, and Breakdown

• Colorado Under Par will deliver the tent, tables, and/or chairs to the designated golf event location.
• Rental Equipment collection will occur at the conclusion of the golf event.

Damage Policy

• Any unreasonable damage to the equipment during the rental period will incur a replacement fee.
• The replacement fee for tent damage is $1,500.
• The replacement fee per table is $200.
• The replacement fee per chair is $50.
• Inspection will be conducted upon collection to assess for unreasonable damages.

Reservation Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least one week prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within one week of the event date will result in no refund.

Additional Terms

• Colorado Under Par reserves the right to refuse rental based on event logistics or location constraints.
• Special requests or modifications to the rental terms should be communicated in advance.
• Unreasonable damage is defined as any damage beyond repair that causes the equipment to no longer function appropriately.
